Flexibility and muscle strength are important for dancers! That's why we are happy to provide (approx.) monthly hour-long workshops during the regular season for focusing on both!  Our workshops are kid-friendly, but we typically recommend them for dancers at least 7 years old.  They are each a focused hour of body work, so young dancers may not enjoy them as much as older dancers. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask Miss Sarah.
