Flexibility and muscle strength are important for dancers! That's why we are happy to provide monthly hour-long workshops for focusing on both! Our workshops are kid-friendly, but we typically recommend them for dancers at least 7 years old. They are each a focused hour of body work, so young dancers may not enjoy them as much as older dancers. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask Miss Sarah or Miss Brooklyn.
Our next workshop dates are shown below. Flexibility runs from 10am to 11am and Strength and Conditioning runs from 11am to 12pm. Each workshop is $10, but the combo price is $15 for both on one day.
